Umarha Village echoed with spiritual chants from the Swarved Mahamandir as the 25,000 Kundiya Swarved Gyan MahaYagya concluded today, marking the centennial celebration of the Vihangam Yoga community. Devotees from across the globe participated in the ritualistic offerings in the sacred Hawan Kunds, seeking fulfillment of individual and collective aspirations.
Addressing the gathered multitude on the occasion, Sadguru Acharya Shri Swatantra Dev Ji Maharaj emphasized that devotion is the supreme means of self-elevation. However, today's devotion is clouded by ignorance and superficial practices. He urged seekers to transcend blind devotion, advocating for a conscious path of devotion that rises above worldly attachments.
Comparing a Vihangam Yogi to a lotus leaf untouched by the water it resides in, Sadguru Acharya Shri Swatantra Dev Ji Maharaj highlighted the need to remain detached while actively engaging in worldly duties.
In his message to the devotees at the conclusion, Sant Pravar Shri Vijnan Dev Ji Maharaj stated that ignorance is the root cause of human suffering. He emphasized the importance of overcoming challenges and difficulties with the inspiration, strength, and capability derived from spiritual insights.
Sant Pravar Shri elaborated on the meditation practice of Vihangam Yoga, promoting inner peace. Sitting in a focused position, the practitioner experiences mental and spiritual tranquility. He asserted that lack of control over the mind leads to societal conflicts and that meditation, enriched with divine qualities, helps in fostering virtues.
Throughout the annual celebration, millions of followers pledged their commitment to serve, attend spiritual discourses, and engage in meditation, along with the distribution of the principal scripture Swarved to the masses.
The event witnessed a confluence of seekers from various Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Assam, and beyond the national borders. Nearly one and a half million Vihangam Yoga practitioners gathered to seek blessings and attend the consecration of the Swarved Mahamandir by the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The grand event, spanning two days, included free medical camps offering consultations in Yoga, Ayurveda, Panchagavya, and Homeopathy under the guidance of skilled practitioners. It concluded with the rendition of Vedic hymns, devotional songs, and the recitation of peace prayers.
As devotees bid farewell with ‘अ'-marked white flags in hand, chanting divine victory slogans, the Swarved Mahamandir resonated with a surge of pilgrims who had experienced the divine wisdom of Swarved Gyan, leaving an indelible mark on the spiritual landscape of the nation. The transformative event is poised to remain a topic of discussion across the country for months to come.
