Airtel's CoWs Ensure Seamless Network for Ayodhya's Big Day

As the historic city of Ayodhya gears up for the much-anticipated consecration of Ram Mandir on January 22, 2024, Airtel takes a significant stride to enhance network connectivity across the city.

In a bid to ensure seamless communication for residents and visitors during this momentous occasion, Airtel has bolstered its network infrastructure. The telecommunication giant strategically placed Cell on Wheels (CoW) units at crucial locations, including Ayodhya Dham, Cantt, Airport, Katra Railway Station, Bus Stand, Ramprasth Park, Ram Bhadra, Brahmakund, Guptar Ghat, Parikrama Marg, and Highway.

Working tirelessly, Airtel's network engineers have installed additional network sites, base transceiver stations (BTS), and laid optic fiber cables to cover essential areas such as the airport, railway station, bus stands, key landmarks, hotels, and other vital venues in the city. The focus extends to the Ram Mandir and its adjoining areas, with dedicated efforts to cover the main site, locker room, and Rajawar Park site with high-speed data connectivity.

Furthermore, Airtel has invested in laying fiber in specific areas requiring high-speed data, promising an enhanced user experience for both residents and the influx of visitors expected during the festivities. The comprehensive approach aims to provide uninterrupted voice and data services throughout Ayodhya.

To meet the anticipated surge in demand, Airtel has not only deployed CoW but also increased its manpower, including additional network engineers. This strategic move ensures that Ayodhya experiences uninterrupted communication services during the celebrations surrounding the consecration of Ram Mandir.
